The current Ace Knight of the French Steamsuit programme, despite being a skilled artist during his youth, he chose to enter the military for unknown reasons and has since proven himself as a skilled Steamsuit pilot to the point he was gifted a personal Steamsuit of his own. Despite his skill and prestige, he does not carry himself like a military man, acting in a flamboyant and boisterous manner and regularly ignoring parts of his orders. As a result, he is not on good terms with his commanding officers and is regularly dispatched solely to be rid of him. Despite rumours, he claims to not be homosexual.

Whilst he largely ignores or distracts away from typical military doctrine, he does care for his country. In fact he joined the military following a terrorist incident 12 years prior which he was caught in but luckily survived with minor injuries. Rumours suggest he blames the military itself for not preventing the attack which he why he does not operate well with other officers. However the truth is he suspects the attack to be an inside job as this led to tighter military control in his country, and joined the military to find out the truth a prevent another possible tragedy.

Pilot of his own custom Steamsuit, model: Galatea, whilst this name may seem innocuous at first glance, this is actually the name of his late little sister who died during a terrorist incident in Paris when she was 14. He claims that his Steamsuit actually contains the soul of his sister and as such treats with a level of familiarity most people would never give a piece of machinery. As his sister had pink hair, he dyes his in memory of her. Hides a cold and calculating personality behind a face of flamboyant attitude, perhaps as a method of coping with his guilt.
