Arthur Scarlett - Age: 40

A stern-looking but gentle Father of two. Previously worked as a police detective but shortly after Annabeth’s autoimmune condition developed he left the force to support his wife in looking after her. Now he works as a private eye for hire, something his daughter has taken a great interest in. Dotes a little too much on his two daughters Annabeth and Amelia and will do anything to ensure their safety, much to the chagrin of his wife, who fears they won’t grow up to be independent if he solves all of their problems. Owns his own personal Steamware, a pair of gauntlets that he uses for ‘Self-Defence’. These dye his hair in much the same way as his daughter adding Electric Blue stipes to his black hair. Used to have a smoking habit, but now uses a water vapour substitute. Originally his name was Arthur Noir, but took on his Wife's name when they got married, this was likely to distance himself form his family, who aren't on good terms.
